Please allow 3-5 business days to process, pack, and ship your order. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping within the U.S. may take 2-7 business days to arrive. 

All packages are shipped by USPS Mail. BORN HAWAI'I will not be held responsible for any undelivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address provided by customer. If your package is returned to sender, BORN HAWAI'I is not responsible for any additional shipping fees. BORN HAWAI'I is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels inflicted by USPS Carriers

We offer store pickup at the Born Hawai'i, located on Kaua'i at 4-1526 Kuhio Hwy. Kapaa, HI 96746

Pickup orders can take up to 3 days to process. Please wait to receive an email confirmation that your order is "Ready for Pickup" before coming down to the store.
