Born Hawai'i Return Policy: Sorry, NO REFUNDS or CREDIT Back to Credit Card. A Gift Card will be issued on Returns and Exchanges. Return and Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are Final!

Return/Exchange Info:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the tags attached or in its original package. Return/Exchange will not be accepted if item appeared to be worn or washed and not in resellable condition.

-Pack your item and include your packing slip or a note with your full contact information.

-Mail your Return item to: Born Hawaii, 4-1526 Kuhio Hwy. Kapaa, Hawai'i 96746 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your return is received and inspected (please allow a few days for process). A GIFT CARD will be Emailed to you after processing.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. BORN HAWAI'I is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels inflicted by USPS Carriers
